Potts Point — Victoria Street

Residential Potts Point, Sydney Full Interior Repaint

About this project

A beautiful Victorian terrace on one of Potts Point's most iconic streets. One of the highlights of this project was the careful removal of over 200-year-old lime plaster from the staircase wall, revealing the original rustic sandstock brick beneath — a stunning heritage feature that runs the full height of the hallway and staircase.

The exposed brick was stabilised with a penetrating sealer to prevent chalking and keep the brittle surface sound, then left as a feature wall. The remaining interior — walls, ceilings, heritage cornicing, timber joinery and staircase timbers — was carefully prepared and painted throughout using Dulux premium products.
